YouTube automation: a channel that works without you
Script, voice, editing and publishing running without you being there. When the channel grows, the limit is no longer the videos: it's the places to publish them from.

"YouTube automation" sounds like a machine that makes videos while you sleep. The reality is better, because it works: a channel where no task depends on you being there.
Each piece is done by a tool, a process or someone you pay. You design the system and give the final approval. Your channel grows without your face and without taking up your diary.

Who does what
| Task | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Topics and script | A person or a supervised AI |
| Voice | A synthetic voice or a hired voice-over artist |
| Editing and thumbnail | An editor and a designer with templates |
| Publishing | A process, on the phone |
| Editorial judgement | You. Always. |
Automation brings the volume. You bring the instinct.
Where almost everyone gets stuck
Producing more videos is solved by hiring. What isn't: every account lives in a session, and every session lives on a phone. It doesn't matter how many videos you have ready if you only have one place to publish them from. From five or six accounts on, the desk fills up with cables.
Twenty loose phones
- Cables and chargers all over the desk
- A power strip working overtime
- Checking them one by one to see if they work
- Batteries that swell with constant use
- Every new phone, more mess
One Synark Station
- Everything organised. Twenty phones in a rack box, no loose cables on the desk.
- All on one screen. You control all twenty from your computer.
- One plug and one network cable for all twenty.
- At a glance. One light per phone tells you which one is working.
- It grows with you. Stack another box and add twenty more.
Your options for twenty phones
| Option | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Generic chassis | ~$365 | An empty box. Boards, cables and assembly, extra. |
| DIY build | $1,400–2,800 + $60–160/month | A weekend of assembly and twenty loose batteries. |
| Cloud phones | from $39.99/month | Shared instances, not phones of your own. |
| Enterprise server | $6,800–28,000 | Built for hundreds. For twenty, it's overkill. |
| Synark Station | from €1,999 | Twenty real phones, already assembled. Ready to work. |
What about the cloud?
Cloud phones
- Shared instances, not real phones
- You don't know which board or which Android they run
- Five years: $2,400 and nothing left to keep
One Synark Station
- Real phones, and yours. Twenty genuine Androids, not shared instances.
- You know what you have. Board and Android version, in plain sight.
- You pay once. It pays for itself and, if you want, it can be resold.
How it works
A computer, a network and a box that presents twenty phones as twenty more devices on your network.
Everything is controlled with ADB, Android's official tool. Your scripts work with our box, with any other and with a loose phone. We don't tie you to anything.
Inside: a 2U rack, twenty Android boards, a 550 W power supply, four low-speed fans, a status light per phone and switchable OTG ports per board.
Grow at your own pace
The stations stack in the same rack and the same computer handles them all.
You start with one, check that your model works and expand when the volume calls for it.
What people ask us most
Do I need a station to start?
No. Start with one phone and check that your model works. The station comes in when you want to multiply it.
Do I have to use your software?
No. It's controlled with ADB, which is made by Google and free.
Which Android version do they run?
The one you choose: eight versions, from Galaxy S8 with Android 9 to Galaxy S22 with Android 14. You'll find them on the product page.
Your channel doesn't slow down for lack of videos. It slows down when it needs to be in twenty places at once and only has one. See the Synark Station.
